Lead the strategic planning and hands-on execution of paid ads, cold outreach, and integrated digital campaigns across social, search, and messaging platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Manage cold calling or email campaigns using CRM + automations
- Develop client-specific strategies based on intake and discovery insights
- Track and report KPIs with actionable insights
- Liaise with creatives, SDRs, and copywriters for cross-channel alignment
Must Have
- Proven track record managing paid campaigns
- Familiarity with cold outreach tools and scripts
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience using CRM and automation tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to have
- SMS/WhatsApp marketing experience
- Familiarity with B2B lead generation systems
- Previous agency or freelancer experience
- Basic video ad editing skills
